About this project

A 50kW rooftop solar system paired with a 50kW battery for Euroquip — a commercial solar-plus-storage setup that both cuts daytime grid draw and stores energy for later.

The solar covers the site's daytime load, while the battery holds surplus power to use when it's needed most — including through the expensive evening peak. It's a compact example of the solar-plus-storage approach ATI fits across commercial sites of every size.

Designed and installed in-house by ATI, to CEC and SAA accreditation standards.

Figures are indicative estimates only — based on roughly 1,400 kWh per kW each year for NSW and typical commercial grid electricity rates, and don't count the extra value the battery adds by shifting energy into peak periods. Actual generation and savings depend on the site's load profile, tariff and how much of the energy is used on-site, and are confirmed by a formal site review.
