This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us, or that is reasonably necessary for us to carry out our business. This may include:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company name;
- Site and project details — the property address, roof and electrical information, energy usage and other details you share when requesting a quote, site review or service;
- Correspondence — records of your enquiries, communications and any documents you send us;
- Technical data — non-identifying information about how you use our website (for example pages visited), collected through standard analytics and cookies.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you complete an enquiry or booking form on our website, email or call us, or engage us for work. We may also collect information from third parties you have authorised (such as an EPC or sales partner referring a project to us).

We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide quotes, site reviews and installation services;

- Manage our relationship with you, including scheduling, invoicing and after-sales support;
- Meet our legal, safety, accreditation and warranty obligations;
- Improve our services and, where you would expect it, tell you about relevant services (you can opt out at any time).
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only where necessary with:
- Our EPC, sales and manufacturer partners where they are party to your project;
- Suppliers and service providers who help us deliver our services (for example equipment suppliers, and our IT and software providers who host our systems);

- Government or law-enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.
Social media
We operate business pages on platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and use their tools to publish our own content about our projects. When you interact with our pages, your information is also handled under those platforms' own privacy policies.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems, including reputable cloud services that may store data in Australia or overseas. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we retain it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
